There are 4 distinct aspects that contribute to making our approach to technology effective.
One. Our approach brings together best of breed skills, capabilities and experience from three related disciplines: business management, communications, and technical design. This is possible because all three are represented in our leadership team, and form an integral part of our organisation, from the people we employ to our business processes.
Two. Working collaboratively, our starting point is an understanding of the existing business and services, the existing plan to take it to the next level, and the gaps to be overcome in the process. We also will want to articulate insight into user groups' (internal and external) attitudes and behaviours, so that proposed solutions are aligned with needs, expectations and preferences. This provides the basis for suggestions and recommendations, enabling us to demonstrate our "value add".
Three. Technology is what brings all this to life. We will recommend and deploy solutions that directly respond to specific requirements.
Four. This is about how we engage with our clients to maximise the deep and diverse knowledge of both client and supplier. We may suggest a stakeholder workshop at the onset of the project, for example, to identify expectations and help create a roadmap for communication. Listening is a phrase often used to sell, but often neglected in reality.
